Inbound: receipts, staging, bins — full steps. Use Scan for carton labels; bins are created in Admin → Receiving.
Warehouse inbound & put-away
Create a receipt and expected lines, then Receive to staging (stock lands in STAGING). Put away uses a location (bin): seeded BULK-01, PICK, DOCK; add racks in Admin → Receiving → New location (STORAGE). Pick a bin from the list or type/scan its code. Outbound Pack consumes from pick/storage when inventory exists.
New receipt
Create an open receipt to receive cartons against. Reference is optional (truck, ASN, or PO).

FLEET INTELLIGENCE
Uses distance, service windows, configurable warehouse dwell and peak-hour buffers, then optional driver GPS for re-sequencing remaining stops when outbound delays ripple. Load balance ranks drivers by distance, active workload, weight vs max, GVW certification, and license renewal proximity.
Toggles: Admin → Fleet intelligence (OpenWeather ETA, smart ranked dispatch, learned traffic). API key: OPENWEATHERMAP_API_KEY. Optional env kill-switch: FLEET_INTEL_DISPATCH_SMART=0.

Warehouse outbound overview
Use Warehouse Inbound in the nav for truck-in: receipts, scan-to-staging, and put-away to bins (real on-hand inventory). Then use manifests on this screen for outbound. Small warehouse mode: pick → pack → dock → driver load/deplete; Split… (Admin) for multi-route; Enterprise: external WMS can push pre-packed lines.

ⓘ How it works:
The order form data is saved as a template. On each scheduled date, a new order is automatically created from the template and placed in the Confirmed queue ready for dispatch.
